What we collect

We only process the data you actively submit through this website:

• Contact and inquiry forms: name, company, email, country and your message.
• Newsletter signup: work email, and optionally full name, company name and country, together with the signup source and site language.
• Company profile download: the details you enter in the download form.

Why we process it

Inquiry data is processed to respond to your request and to manage a potential or existing business relationship. Newsletter data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent, to send business updates about brands, distribution opportunities and market news.

Email marketing and consent

We send marketing emails only to recipients who have given explicit consent through the signup form. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Processors and international transfers

Our newsletter is delivered through Klaviyo, an email marketing platform acting as our data processor. Website hosting and email delivery providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on the safeguards offered by the provider, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Send requests to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage required to run the site and remember your language choice is used.
